ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and communicate with potential clients
  • Assess the needs of potential clients and present best coverage options
  • Assist potential customers in understanding the details of each available insurance plan
  • Encourage client in deciding on the best option
  • Guide customers through the application process.
  • Provide quality customer service at all times
  • Offer continued customer service and support to existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some continued education is preferred
  • Computer literacy and efficiency,
  • Track record of employment longevity
  • Provide a minimum of 2 credible employment references
  • self-motivated and driven to challenge themselves on a daily basis
  • A positive, helpful and customer service oriented attitude

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM 1 YEAR SALES EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE INSURANCE SALES INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED

This position offers base pay + potential commission
